Filling & Sealing Equipment for Cups and Trays–
DOSOMAT Rotary–High Speed
The WALDNER DOSOMAT Rotary machines are available from 1-12 lanes offering a capacity from 2,500 - 30,000 cups/hour. The number of lanes ranges depending on the capacity and the filling stations needed. For products requiring clean air, the machine is equipped with an optional laminar airflow cabinet.

Cups and Foil Material
A wide variety of packaging materials such as paper, plastic, aluminum, tin or glass can be used. Snap on lids can be applied over foil laminated heat seal lid.

Filling & Sealing Equipment for Cups and Trays–
DOSOMAT Inline–High Speed
The WALDNER DOSOMAT Inline machines are used for high capacity filling applications covering an output range from 4,000 to 60,000 units per hour. Cups or trays are loaded from a linear buffer magazine and the appropriate filling system is used. Depending on product, the machines are available with the CIP/SIP feature. The placing of a snap on lid is an additional option, which is used for reclosable cups.
